The Master’s Christian Academy is always looking for qualified, committed Christian team members to join us as we grow and expand. While some positions may not be immediately available, we welcome interview opportunities for future roles.

Ministers of Education

Our teachers are known as Ministers of Education. They must be unwavering Christians, dedicated to living out their faith daily. A minimum of a 4-year degree is required. While a teaching certificate is not necessary at the time of hire, candidates must begin and complete the certification process within the first 12 months of employment, which we will facilitate.

We seek teachers who are committed to serving as Christian role models. As a Minister of Education, you will have the opportunity to witness and pray with your students daily. Candidates must be loving, patient, kind, and possess at least an intermediate understanding of scripture. Being a team player and prioritizing ministry is essential.

Sought After:

  • Experience in the subject being taught.
  • Experience in teaching in a classical Christian environment.

Pay Range: $36,000 – $40,000 for Full-Time, commensurate with experience.

Admissions Director

The Admissions Director is a vital role in our academy, responsible for overseeing the admissions process and managing enrollment programs. This role requires a strong Christian faith and a commitment to the mission of The Master’s Christian Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the admissions process.
  • Develop and implement enrollment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Foster relationships with prospective families and students.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Christian faith.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in admissions or program management preferred.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365.

Office Manager

The Office Manager supports the daily operations of the academy, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. This position requires a strong Christian faith, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative tasks and office duties.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Support the Admissions Director and other staff as needed.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 and other office software.
