Path to Admission

We are thrilled that you are considering The Master’s Christian Academy as a potential educational home for your child, and we are excited to guide you through the admissions process.

Step 1:
Fill Out An Inquiry Form

The first step in our admissions process is to get to know our academy. Browse through our website, read about our mission, vision and core values, and learn about our academic and martial arts programs. Click the GET STARTED link on our webpage to fill out an inquiry form. After following the link, you will need to create an account to access this form. Filling out this form does not require you to make a commitment of any sort. This is merely a surface level check to see if your family would be a good fit for our academy. Our admissions process is rigorous on purpose because it is important that we only let in families that would be a great fit for our culture.

Prior to your educational consultation, please fill out our interview questionnaire through the same portal as the inquiry form.

Step 2:
Submit an Application

Once we have determined that your family and our academy are a good cultural fit, the next step is to submit an application. The application fee is $125 and can be completed in just a few steps. You will be asked to provide information about your child, including academic records, food allergies, and more.

Step 3:
Explore Our School

After submitting your inquiry form, our admissions director will either send you an email or give you a call to set up an educational consultation at one of our campuses.

Step 4:
Schedule an Interview

After we receive your child’s inquiry form and interview questionnaire, our admissions team will reach out to schedule an interview. There is a chance this interview may even be able to take place on the same day as your educational consultation. This meeting will allow you and your child to meet with one of our administrators or faculty members to discuss your child’s interests, goals, and educational needs, as well as your goals for your student. This is also a great opportunity to ask any additional questions you may have about our academy.

Step 5:
Placement Testing

As part of the application process, our admissions team will set up an appointment for your child to complete placement testing. This testing will check if your child is able to begin their WCA educational journey.

Step 6:
Submit Additional Materials

In some cases, we may ask for additional materials to complete your child’s application. This could include test scores, a writing sample, or a portfolio of your child’s work.

Step 7:
Admissions Decision

After all of the necessary materials have been received, our admissions team will review your child’s application and make an admissions decision. You will be notified of the decision via email or phone.

Step 8:
Enrollment

If your child is accepted to our academy, congratulations! The next step in the admissions process is to complete the enrollment paperwork and submit the annual registration fee of $500. Once this is completed, your student will officially become a part of our The Master’s community.

We hope this “Path to Admissions” description has helped guide you through our admissions process. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about our academy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you!

Admissions Policy

The Master’s Christian Academy is a religious institution providing an education in a distinctly Christian environment, and it believes that its biblical role is to work in partnership with the home to mold students to be Christ-like. On any occasion in which the values, conversation, or conduct within a particular home is counter to or in opposition to the biblical lifestyle the school teaches, the school reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to refuse admission of an applicant or to discontinue enrollment of a student. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to, living in, condoning, or supporting any form of sexual immorality; living together prior to or outside of a Biblical marriage; practicing a homosexual lifestyle or an alternative gender identity; promoting such practices; or otherwise having the inability to support the moral principles of the school (Leviticus 20:13a; Romans 1:24-32; Matthew 19:4-6; Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:9-20; Ephesians 4:1-11; 5:3-5; 1 Thessalonians 4:3-8; I Timothy 4:12; 2 Timothy 2:19-22; 1 Peter 1:15-16; 1 John 3:1-3).

Non-Discriminatory Policy

The Master’s Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
